Terms of Service

By accessing our platform, engaging our engineering services, or executing a Statement of Work (SOW) with Abinos ("Abinos"), you agree to be legally bound by this Master Service Agreement. All software development, AI model integration, cloud architecture, creative motion graphics, and digital marketing services are governed by these Master Terms.

2. Intellectual Property Rights & 100% Client Ownership

Abinos operates on a full client IP assignment model. Upon final payment of agreed milestone invoices, 100% of custom source code, software repository commits, database schemas, design tokens, video deliverables, and proprietary brand assets created specifically for the client transfer unconditionally to the client.

3. Milestone Payments, Invoicing & Financial Terms

Services are billed according to mutually signed Statements of Work (SOW). Invoices are payable in USD ($) or PKR (Rs) via bank transfer, Stripe, or wire within 14 calendar days of issue. Milestone deliverables require client sign-off within 5 business days of staging deployment.

4. Strict Non-Disclosure & Mutual Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect proprietary technical architectures, trade secrets, user databases, and strategic plans under strict non-disclosure obligations for a minimum period of 5 years from disclosure date.

5. Engineering Warranties & Uptime SLAs

Abinos warrants that all delivered software code will be free from critical defects and security vulnerabilities for a 30-day post-launch warranty period. Managed cloud services include a 99.9% uptime SLA guarantee.
