As a software engineering and digital transformation provider, our supply chain primarily consists of cloud data center providers (AWS, Cloudflare), licensed software vendors, hardware suppliers, and specialized engineering contractors.
All enterprise suppliers undergo mandatory due diligence screening to verify legal employment practices, age verification, and fair compensation standards.
Our master vendor contracts require compliance with global anti-slavery legislation and grant Abinos full audit and contract termination rights upon breach.
3. Direct Workforce Protection & Voluntary Employment
All recruitment conducted by Abinos is strictly voluntary. Candidates are interviewed directly, undergo transparent background checks, retain full possession of their identity documents (passports, national IDs), and receive written employment contracts outlining clear compensation and work hours.
